Electronics can get very messy and disorganised very quickly (trust us). Here are some quick-tips that will help you keep your electronics in the same condition and in an organised manner.
When storing your electronics it’s ideal to keep them in their original box. This way you know what’s inside and know that it’s suitable for transportation and storage. If you don’t have the original boxes (afterall, who does?) then bubble wrap, cushion foam and even wadded up newspaper can do the trick.
The main problem with electronics can be those pesky cords! We’d recommend labeling the corresponding cords and all the components with colour coded stickers so that you can keep track of them all. Labeled boxes could also do the trick. The key is to make sure that you have a system that works for you (and one you won’t forget) so that if you ever need your electronics they can be powered up and connected with the correct cords without you needed to troll through a mountain of tangled snakes!
